What can I expect?

You may expect a session(s) customized to your needs be it rehabilitative, stretching, myofascial release, pain relief, and/or overall wellbeing.

What should I wear?

Loose fitting clothing, a sports bra for ladies, or athletic shorts. Traditional massage draping is also offered.

Where are you located?

Nurture is located inside Pilates on the Plains, 140 North Dean Road, Auburn. Please come in and continue straight ahead towards the back of the studio. There is a bench in the back of the studio if you need to wait.

How early should I arrive?

Arriving five to ten minutes early is plenty of time.

What is your cancellation policy?

Life happens and sometimes you need to cancel. We kindly ask that you contact us via phone or text 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged. 

Illness and emergencies happen, too. Should you need to cancel within the 24 hour cancellation window, we kindly ask that you contact us via phone or text prior to your scheduled appointment and you will not be charged. Please note that if NO contact is made and you are unable to show up for your scheduled appointment, 100% of the appointment will be charged to the card on file.

What forms of payment are accepted? Do you accept insurance?

Cash, check, and credit card are all accepted. Massage therapy is not covered by insurance in the state of Alabama at this time and insurance is not accepted. Your appointment may be covered by your flex spending account, please check with your provider.
